Scott is an industry veteran having spent his career in retail systems. Prior to joining Mi9 Retail, Scott held positions in professional services, project management, business analysis, and solution consulting for solution providers including Aptos and JDA as well as both IT and merchant roles for retailers including The Bombay Company and The Dunlap Company. Scott applies his deep domain and market expertise to his current role as Manager, Solution Consulting at Mi9 Retail, where he oversees the solution consulting presales team.

Austin Gwin has been with Mi9 Retail for over seven years in both pre-sales/solution consulting and product management roles. Prior to joining Mi9, he spent a decade at GERS Retail Systems and its successor company, Escalate, in both professional services (trainer and implementation consultant) and pre-sales capacities. His experience in retail stretches back to those primitive days when books, music, and video could be bought in person, and includes such retailers as Century 21 Department Stores, Williams-Sonoma and Hot Topic.
