From the opening keynote to the breakout sessions and our amazing guest speakers, our third annual customer conference was truly synergistic! Synergy 2019 brought together our valued customers and partners from around the world for two full action-packed days of learning, live solution demonstrations, expert panels, and networking with a bit of fun mixed in, all set in the entertainment capital of the world – fabulous Las Vegas.
We discussed the hottest topics in retail technology including digital transformation, machine learning, advanced analytics, unified commerce, and so much more. Our product experts delivered engaging content on how modern cloud-based solutions from Mi9 Retail, such as merchandise management, retail analytics, demand management, mobile POS, and customer engagement tools can address the challenges retailers are facing. In addition, many of our retail customers presented their successful case studies showcasing how Mi9 Retail solutions have benefited their business.
One of the highlights of Synergy was the inspirational and entertaining guest keynote from Steve Young, NFL Hall of Fame Quarterback and President & Co-Founder at HGGC. Steve shared how accountability starts at the top and has to be embraced by everyone on the team in order for the team to achieve success – fitting for both on the field and in business.
Plus, we honored 8 exceptional retailers during our awards dinner, recognizing their outstanding achievements in improving business processes and performance, driving innovation and collaboration, increasing profitability and delivering value to their customers. Congratulations to this year’s winners – Tipsy Elves, Spencer’s/Spirit Halloween, Federated Co-operatives Limited, Aubuchon Hardware, Nike, Ackermans, Save-On-Foods and Hard Rock Cafe!
