Our second annual customer conference was one for the books! Synergy 2018 brought together experts from retailers of all sizes across hardlines, softlines, jewelry, specialty, and luxury retail verticals. Our customers, partners, and employees traveled from around the world for four action-packed days of learning, live solution demonstrations, expert panels, networking, and fun in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Retailers benefited from inspiring keynote presentations and educational sessions, networking and knowledge-sharing with industry professionals, and capitalizing on the opportunity to meet with product experts face-to-face to gain the highest return on investments from their Mi9 Retail solutions. Discussions addressed the common challenges retailers are facing and how modern technology enables retailers to operate more efficiently, adapt to meet evolving shopper demands, and grow their businesses. Retail and technology experts explored the hottest topics from machine learning and advanced analytics to creating better omni-channel customer experiences, and so much more.
