Sisley, the high-end Paris-based cosmetics brand, selected Raymark as its POS solution vendor in July of this year. Raymark is proud to announce that the organization has now implemented its next-generation Point of Sale and Merchandising solutions across 100 cosmetics counters throughout China.

Raymark’s next-generation POS and Merchandising solutions are based on .NET technology, and provide a fully-visualized user experience for both the front end and back end. The new customer-centric POS is embedded with comprehensive CRM features and helps Sisley’s Beauty Associates serve and interact with customers in more personalized way, promoting loyalty, cross-selling and up-selling.

Since penetrating China in 2001, Sisley has experienced incredible growth due to its outstanding product quality. Currently, there are almost 100 Sisley shop-in-shops located in different high-end department store all over the country. Sisley’s legacy systems were no longer serving them well, and they were searching for new solutions that would provide more accurate inventory management and enhance the customer experience.

Sisley’s requirements for improved inventory management and Beauty Associate empowerment were met through the deep functionality found in Raymark’s next-generation POS and Merchandising solutions.
