MIAMI, FLORIDA October 16, 2017 – Mi9 Retail, a leading provider of omni-channel software solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ernie Eichenbaum as Senior Vice President of Global Professional Services. He joins the Mi9 Retail senior leadership team and assumes responsibility for the company’s global services and consulting organization.
Early in his career, Ernie served as Logistics Manager at Scitex and later as Plant Manager for Telrad, a leading Telecom equipment provider. From there he joined ProfitKey as a Supply Chain expert, then served as VP of Strategic Initiatives at Infor where he led the roll out of their e-Commerce offerings, established the PMO, and developed the Fast Start program – a rapid implementation method that improved time to benefit for enterprise applications.
After Infor, Ernie served as COO at Merino Services, and then as VP Operations at NexDimension Technologies where he delivered advanced analytics, and financial and operational reporting in SaaS and hosted environment. His most recent experience was as a Manager at Ultra Consultants, where he guided enterprises along their business transformation path.
Ernie completed his Industrial Engineering degree at Tel Aviv University with a focus on Supply Chain and Operations.
