As part of its retail systems transformation strategy, Jardiland aimed to acquire a modern retail store system that would improve operational effectiveness and customer engagement, while providing complete visibility into inventory and customer data. Jardiland identified the Mi9 Retail Suite as the ideal solution to provide the functionality and capabilities required to meet its vision for omni-channel and customer-centric retailing.

The Mi9 Retail Suite, which includes Mi9 Mosaic Store, Mi9 Affinity Merchandising, Mi9 Dashboard Reporting, Mi9 CRM, and Mi9 Mosaic Clienteling, will provide Jardiland with a unified source of information to support a centralized view of inventory and a 360 degree view of the customer.
