System Implementation Services |

MI9 offers a wide range of Store implementation services:
Consulting
Business analysts and technical consultants work with each new customer to prepare a functional requirements specification defining the project. This specification defines customer-specific application and operational requirements, implementation time-frames, and all system integration requirements.
Project Management
MI9’s project manager acts as a single point of contact for the project and coordinates all project activities with team members. The project manager assumes ultimate responsibility that the system will meet your requirements and that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
System Integration
MI9 provides complete system integration services. These services include: integration of MI9 Store with the hardware, peripherals and operating software you select. In addition, we provide integration support to your existing network communications, credit/debit authorization software and corporate business applications. If using other MI9 products, they are all fully integrated with MI9 Store.
Modification and Development
Should you require modifications to the system, MI9 is prepared to customize the system to meet your needs. Validation and internal acceptance testing is done on a customer-specific lab system at our facilities to insure the system satisfies all requirements before delivery to your corporate offices.
Training
MI9 provides training for MI9 Store that is customized for each installation. Training addresses: System Control Parameters, POS, Store Back Office Applications, Communications, System Administration, and Foundation Support Applications.
