Josh’s depth of retail specific expertise enriches the MI9 team with a grounding in retail best practice, business optimization and entrepreneurialism. Josh was born into a family of retailers and has pursued his career in the industry including five years focused on business intelligence at Holt Renfrew. There he had his first experience with MI9 Business Intelligence. Since his transition to MI9, his focus has been primarily on product development and consultancy. Mary Pat Frey / Senior Sales Executive
Mary Pat joined MI9 in 2007. She has 25+ years in retail software sales, sales management, and customer relationship management. Much of her career was spent at STS (subsequently NSB and now Epicor) building a strong customer base and later managing customer relationships. Her knowledge spans business intelligence, merchandising, and store. A key element of her success has been her ability to build long, trusting relationships with clients and business partners which has resulted in winning major accounts like Sheplers and Hard Rock Café. |

Austin Gwin / Senior Business Consultant
Austin has over 15 years of experience in retail and retail systems. Early in his retail career he worked in retail operational and financial positions. He spent the last 10 years with Escalate Retail in training, implementation, project management, and business consultancy roles. His extensive operational background provides unique insight into uncovering the challenges each retailer faces and determining how they can best be solved. Austin brings exceptional problem-solving skills combined with hands-on experience to his position as Senior Business Consultant for MI9. |

Hank Kloots / Senior Sales Executive
Hank offers his customers extensive experience on both sides of the retail equation. His career includes 15 years with a high-fashion regional department store as buyer, branch divisional merchandise manager and store general manager. He has brought these insights to his career in selling retail systems including Planning and Merchandising, POS, CRM, Call Center Management, Workforce Optimization, and Analytics and Business Intelligence. Hank is a firm believer in the adage that Technology is the enabler, not the solution. |

Jeni McKewon / Senior Business Consultant
Jeni has over 20 years' combined experience with MI9 and Software Development, Inc. (which was acquired by MI9 in 2009) in the areas of system testing and quality control. In 1998 she assumed management responsibilities for store system quality assurance and continued in this role with MI9. Jeni has extensive experience working with the store development team to ensure total system integrity. In 2012 Jeni took on the role of Senior Business Consultant for store systems. |
