MI9 Store POS and Back Office operate on industry-standard PCs, tablets, and phones using the Microsoft Windows operating system. Flexible configuration options support up to 32 point-of-sale terminals per store without changing the application. MI9 Store uses industry-standard Ethernet and TCP/IP connectivity and supports wireless configurations. MI9 Store is designed for non-stop point-of-sale operation. Resilient features include automatic switch over of POS processing to a back-up terminal or controller in case of failure and automatic recover and catch-up processing when the failure is corrected. All transaction data is archived for multiple days to ensure comprehensive recovery of all POS data.

In addition to providing end-to-end secure, unattended data transfers, the communications subsystem also manages store network resource monitoring and system alerts. POS Hardware Systems

MI9 Store runs on a wide variety of hardware platforms, including wireless handheld devices such as tablets and phones. MI9 has been successful in helping customers retain legacy hardware, allowing gradual migration to newer industry-standard platforms.

The system supports the latest OPOS peripherals including thermal printers with MICR and check imaging, debit signature terminals, UPC scanners, weigh scales, customer displays, and big ticket or standard keyboards. In addition, MI9 Store provides you with a choice of display options including standard VGA, LCD, or advance Touch Screen monitors.
