With more than 20 years of experience in retail and software development, Neal began his tenure with Upshot Commerce as the Founder and CEO. Following the Mi9 Retail acquisition of Upshot Commerce in 2016, Neal now holds the position of Executive Director, Omni-Channel where he oversees the strategic direction and product roadmap for the e-commerce and order management solutions. He holds a degree in Computer Science from UMass Ahmherst.
